Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This role involves contacting homeowners who have already had a first inspection and are in the decision-making process. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Rep is to follow up via call, text, and email to secure the sale of roofing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-Up Communication: Engage with potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails to discuss inspection results and address any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads from initial inspection into closed deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any customer objections or issues promptly and professionally, working to find satisfactory resolutions that lead to closing the sale.
  • Coordination with Inspection Team: Collaborate with the inspection team to understand the specifics of each inspection report and convey necessary details to the homeowner.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
