Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual with a passion for sales. While no prior experience is necessary, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you will be to engage with potential customers, understand their roofing needs, and present our products and services in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Present and sell roofing solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to climb roofs and perform physical assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
