Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure work is performed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe work environment for all workers.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, with proven experience in a supervisory role.
Extensive knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Time management.
Effective communication and excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
